Chiropractic Therapy Session

Chiropractic

A chiropractic adjustment is a hands-on, targeted technique used by trained professionals to restore proper alignment and mobility to the spine and other joints in the body. By applying controlled, specific force to areas that are misaligned or not moving correctly, chiropractic adjustments help to alleviate pain, improve function, and promote overall wellness. Whether you’re dealing with back pain, neck pain, headaches, or musculoskeletal discomfort, our chiropractic care is designed to restore balance and optimize your body’s natural healing process. Each adjustment is personalized to suit your individual needs, helping you feel better and stay active.

Shoulder Massage

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy in a chiropractic office is typically integrated into the treatment plan to enhance healing, improve mobility, and reduce pain. It complements chiropractic adjustments by targeting soft tissues, such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons, to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Licensed massage therapists work closely with chiropractors to address specific issues like muscle stiffness, chronic pain, stress, or injury recovery. The therapy can include techniques like Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy, depending on the patient’s needs and treatment goals. The combination of chiropractic care and massage therapy often leads to more effective results, helping patients achieve better overall health and well-being.

Reformer Pilates

Spinal decompression therapy in a chiropractic office is a non-invasive treatment designed to relieve pressure on the spine, particularly the discs, nerves, and surrounding tissues. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as herniated discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, and general back or neck pain. The process involves gently stretching the spine using a motorized traction table or device. This controlled stretching aims to increase the space between the vertebrae, reduce pressure on the discs, and promote the healing of damaged tissues. By improving blood flow, spinal decompression helps deliver nutrients to the affected areas, enhancing recovery and reducing pain. This therapy is often combined with other chiropractic treatments such as manual adjustments, massage, and exercises to optimize results. It is typically a safe, drug-free alternative to surgery for patients seeking relief from chronic spinal conditions.

Decompression

X-Rays

X-ray

X-rays are used as a diagnostic tool to help identify issues with the spine, joints, and surrounding tissues. Chiropractors often use X-rays to gain a clearer understanding of structural alignment, detect abnormalities such as fractures, disc degeneration, scoliosis, or misalignments (subluxations), and assess the overall health of the musculoskeletal system. The images from X-rays help chiropractors develop a more accurate and personalized treatment plan, allowing them to adjust the spine or joints with greater precision and reduce the risk of injury or further complications. However, X-rays are not always necessary for every patient and are generally used selectively when clinically indicated.
